Streamflow
Live streaming for conferences

Your congress, streamed to the people who registered for it.

Streamflow gates a live stream behind a per-event registration, tracks how long each delegate actually watched, and issues their certificate of attendance from that record. It runs the room as well as the broadcast: the programme, the countdown the speaker sees, and the name displays on the podium.

What it does

Registration and access codes

Delegates register per event and receive an access code by email. One code, one device at a time. Lost codes are reissued instantly, without asking anyone to fill the form in again.

Watch time that stands up

Time counts only while the video is genuinely playing, not while a tab sits open. Refreshing the page never resets it, and a periodic prompt confirms somebody is still there.

Certificates of attendance

Set a minimum watch time and send personalised PDF certificates to everyone who reached it. Your own design, or the built-in one.

Conference mode

Speakers, sessions and a running order. Start and stop talks from the admin panel or from a Stream Deck, and every screen follows at once.

Screens in the room

Podium name displays for the speaker and up to four chairs, a countdown facing the podium, and digital signage — all fed by the same programme, with no setup per talk.

Questions from the floor

Delegates send questions from the watch page. Keep them private to the chair, or approve the ones worth asking and let the audience vote them up.

E-posters

Publish the submitted papers and posters for delegates to read alongside the stream, grouped by theme.

A site per client

Run several congresses side by side, each on its own subdomain with its own branding, sender name and colours — from a single installation.

Everything a delegate sees works in Greek and English, and each person is emailed in the language they registered in.
